End User License Agreement
Grief Support Mailings™ Database
Important: This software End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Resources for Grief™. Read it carefully. It provides a license to use the Grief Support Mailings™ with Database that your organization subscribed to, and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. By clicking "Agree", you agree to be bound by these terms. Without your consent to be bound by these terms, you are not permitted to use the Grief Support Mailings ™ with Database for any purpose.
Definitions: (a) Resources for Grief is the name of the company providing the Grief Support Mailings with Database. (b) Grief Support Mailings with Database refers to the "Letters," "Educational Enclosures," and electronic "Database" accessed through the Resources for Grief Website at www.resourcesforgrief.com. (c) "Letters" and "Educational Enclosures" refer to the copyright protected material supplied to the End User. (d) "You" refers to the licensee, also known as the End User. (e) "Agency" refers to an organization in one specific geographical location.
License Grants: (a) You may utilize the features of the Database and copy the Letters and Educational Enclosures in order to provide bereavement follow-up to individuals and families served by your agency. (b) You may print the Letters on your agency's letterhead stationery. (c) You may hand-write a signature on the Letters, and you may enter a personal note below the copyright text of the Letters.
License Restrictions: (a) You may not alter, merge, modify, or adapt the Letters, Educational Enclosures or Database. (b) You may not give, share, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the Letters, Educational Enclosures, or Database to other agencies, businesses, subsidiaries, partnerships, co-workers, friends, or corporate offices. (c) You may not print more Letters or Educational Enclosures than necessary to meet the bereavement needs of one agency. (d) You may not copy, mimic, re-design, or simulate the Database for personal or organizational gain or for resale.
Ownership: Resources for Grief™ retains all right, title, and interest, including all copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, or publication of the Letters, Educational Enclosures, or Database beyond its intended use for bereavement follow-up in one agency is prohibited.
Use: The End User has license to use the Grief Support Mailings with Database upon subscribing to the Grief Support Mailings with Database. If a subscription to the Grief Support Mailings with Database expires, or is no longer current, the End User terminates their rights to use the Grief Support Mailings with Database or any of its content.
Indemnification: End users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resources for Grief and its officers and employees from any claim or demand for damages asserted by any third party or recipient of the Grief Support Mailings™.
