End User License Agreement
Important: This software End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Resources for Grief. Read it carefully. It provides a license to use the Resources for Grief products your organization has purchased, and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, then please do not purchase the Grief Support Mailings™.
Definitions:
(a) Resources for Grief ™ is the name of the company providing the Grief Support Mailings and/or Grief Group Packet.
(b) Grief Support Mailings™ refers to the "Letters" and "Educational Enclosures" contained on the Grief Support Mailings CD and in the Grief Support Mailings on the Web.
(c) "Letters," "Enclosures," and "Grief Group Handouts" refer to the copyright protected material supplied to the end user.
(d) "You" refers to the licensee, also known as the Authorized User.
(e) "Agency" refers to an organization in one specific geographical location.
License Grants:
(a) You may copy the Letters, Enclosures, or Grief Group Handouts in order to provide bereavement follow-up and education to clients in your agency.
(b) You may copy the Letters onto your agency's letterhead stationary.
(c) You may write a date, a salutation and your signature on these Letters.
(d) You may enter a personal note below the copyright text of these Letters.
License Restrictions:
(a) You may not alter, merge, modify, or adapt the Letters, Enclosures, or Grief Group Handouts.
(b) You may not give, share, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the Letters, Enclosures, or Grief Group Handouts to other agencies, businesses, subsidiaries, partnerships, or corporate offices.
(c) You may not copy more Letters, Enclosures, or Grief Group Handouts than necessary to meet the bereavement needs of one agency.
Ownership: The forgoing license gives you limited use of the Grief Support Mailings and Grief Group Packet. Resources for Grief retains all right, title and interest, including all copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission or publication of the Letters, Enclosures, or Grief Group Handouts beyond its intended use for bereavement follow-up in one agency is prohibited.
Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resources for Grief and its officers and employees from any claim or demand for damages asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the action taken by the recipient of the Grief Support Mailings or Grief Group Handouts.
Replacement: If you have purchased a Grief Support Mailings CD or Grief Support Group Manual CD, handling and reproduction fee will be assessed the user if the original compact disc (CD) is lost, or accidentally destroyed. Only one replacement disc will be provided the user.
License: The user has license to use the Grief Support Mailings or Grief Support Group Manual with Handouts beginning at the time the product was purchased.
